Yesterday I wanted to get into my business and the key broke in the door, half in the door and half in my hand, called the company, the gentleman on the phone was very competent and in 25 minutes a car was sent with an employee, the problem was solved in 10 minutes! The gentleman was very nice and professional! The price was also as agreed over the phone, no extra costs or anything! I CAN ONLY RECOMMEND!

At the entrance door, there was no minimum number of customers. So I went in and would have been the third customer. I had barely opened the door when I was asked to wait outside. After I was inside and wanted to pay, I was told that card payment was not possible. What year are we living in again!?

I used to be more satisfied. This time, ALL 8 duplicated keys (3 different ones) had to be adjusted, and they still don't close that well. The first time they didn't fit in the lock at all.

That the keys might be stiff the first time or not fit at all does not surprise me. It always depends on which sample key is provided. I, for my part, try to bring a non-worn key or possibly even to take the lock out for a few minutes to make a copy, and it can then be checked immediately if it fits. I have never experienced rudeness in that store.

The store is super easy to reach by subway. But that is obviously the only advantage. I wanted to have a car key duplicated. The shop owner asked me to come back in 30 minutes. Then the key would probably be ready. She pointed out to me that the new key would be made "without guarantee" since the old one was already so worn out (??). After 40 minutes, the key was still not quite ready. I then paid a low price, but had to realize when I got home that it did not fit. It couldn't even be inserted into the lock by 1 centimeter. My next attempt took me to a Turkish store. Barely 2 minutes later, I received a new key. It cost twice as much as in the first store. However, it fit perfectly...
